JCC can customize your Janitorial and Commercial Cleaning Services which may include daily, weekly and monthly periodic office cleaning to adapt to your cleaning schedule. JCC can also customize the cleaning to your particular needs, whether a standard janitorial cleaning is required or commercial cleaning services is required for additional attention to floor care and carpet shampooing. Some of the standard JCC Services include emptying waste baskets, cleaning doors and windows, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, spot cleaning carpets, wiping down and disinfecting common touch areas and sanitizing restrooms. Some additional services include carpet shampooing (which can include bonnet carpet cleaning, dry extraction or carpet steam cleaning) and hard surface floor care which includes stripping, sealing, waxing and buffing floors.
At JCC we supervise each customer site during each nightly cleaning to ensure all client needs are met. The standard service also includes monthly on-site quality inspections.
